Any time you book to learn with me is called a session

Online Sessions

All online sessions are done Via Zoom, each of these are recorded and added to the website which you can access through the archive or a specific link sent to you after a live session. These include classes, courses, packages, workshops and 1-2-1s

Class:

A single session with a start and a finish and limited to no continuity with other classes with similar titles

Package:

Buy a collection of classes that make up a series, but may not flow in the same kind of structure as a course. Buy in bulk to make things cheaper.

Course:

A series of sessions that are designed to flow together in a structured pattern to learn specific elements.

Workshop:

A single session to learn a specific skill such as, but not limited to, handstands, inverts, fishflop etc. These sessions are usually longer than the typical class and will go into the nitty gritty details.

Class and Course categories:

  • Fluid - any choreography session. These could be with heels or without, check upcoming class content.

  • Silky Static - any static pole session. Singular classes or full courses where we work through static pole sequences.

  • Smooth Spinny - any spinny pole session. Singular classes or full courses where we work through spinning pole sequences.

  • Happy Hips - any leg and hip flexibility and mobility classes and courses. This includes front splits, middles, and pancakes through a series of different mobility sequences.

  • Spinal Awakening - any beginner backbend classes and courses where focus on bringing awareness to our back muscles to better the quality of our backbends.

  • Handstand - all handstand related classes and courses. Some Silky Static sessions also have sequences with handstands.

In-person Sessions

Any regular sessions are done in a studio. Currently, I am based at The Pole Nook, London,  where I teach Intermediates 1, Ayesha course, and Invert Ready Course. I also teach in-person 1-2-1s here.

In-person workshops

A session that has a focus on specific elements of pole dance - For example -  Floor work toolbox, pole assisted Handstand master class, handsprings, Invert Ready, and more … See my Instagram and Bio sites for more information.

All classes involve understanding your body and the shapes it can create

I pride myself in a supportive coaching approach to teaching and encouraging movement from within and in all its forms.
