These sessions are personally tailored to your needs and wants. We will aim to progress specific elements of your pole skills. 

Talking through what exactly your goals and aspirations are with this information we will work directly in a targeted way to help you achieve those goals. 

Examples of 1-2-1 sessions are: 

  • A beginner wanting to improve strength, movement and shape vocabulary 

  • Training for a specific event such as a performance or a competition

  • Pole dancers or movement lovers that want to get stronger or improve their movement vocabulary

  • Higher level dancer that wants to focus on more specific element when in the air or around the base of the pole
