4 week course finding your handspring & building strength towards strong Ayeshas. You will cover conditioning to give you the tools to gain strength in your pushes, pull, core and split grip on the pole! This will improve your ability to orientate your body and hold strength based tricks. You will cover handstands and cartwheels helping stabilise the shoulders for your handsprings and allowing you to feel more comfortable inverted. Pre req- invert, crucifix & butterfly.

Come and learn the foundation tricks and start to explore the upside down, this level will focus on nailing the base tricks like inverts, leg hangs & laybacks. Prerequisites for this course include solid pole climbs, pole sits & chair spins.

Lost In Motion Online Course

This is a 6-week online course low-flow course with 8x 75-minute live sessions and weekly pre-recorded movement prompts and sequences for you to play with in your own time. You will have the recordings of all classes on my platform at access at any time. This course is designed to help you find your own style of moving confidently around the pole. Working on the lower 3rd of the pole and the floor, we will be bringing our attention back to the basics of movement and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.

These sessions are personally tailored to your needs and wants. We will aim to progress specific elements of your pole skills. 

Talking through exactly what your goals and aspirations are, with this information we will work directly in a targeted way to help you achieve those goals.

  • £45 75 min online session plus recording of class available

  • £140 x4 75min online sessions plus recording to use all credits within 6 weeks.
