Here are some examples of where to buy equipment, but you can always find your own links to use!

Multi-purpose resistance bands:

It is good to have a selection of resistance bands, ranging from non looped ones, to large loop to small loop. Here are some examples of what I am talking about and where to find these items. If you can only buy one due to financial reasons I would say get the large loop bands as they are the most multi-use.

To practice strength training for aerial skills without aerial equipment such as a pole, you can invest a much smaller amount into pull up bars or gymnastic rings to be able to do exercises at home which will save your shoulders and increase your strength to do awesome stuff up the pole.

Other items you’ll likely need are yoga mats and blocks, these will come in useful for pretty much anything we will be doing. Especially your mats, these will be great to have when doing warm ups, flexibility training, strength training etc.
