She is invested in creating a fun & encouraging environment where people can explore movement safely and sustainably.
Known for her slinky movement up the pole, down on the floor, and everywhere in between. Specializing in Static pole movement including low-flow and static rotations up the pole. She loves getting into the nitty gritty details of what makes things work and how to translate this to a variety of humans who come to her classes

The Wilde Ways
Combining Eva's best loved tricks into a concoction of standing flow, low wriggling mounts & floorwork sequences. Focusing on building a repertoire of silky static movement through mindful body awareness & option building opportunities to explore transitions between our tricks.
In this workshop we will play using a variety of movement cues. Emphasis will be on building choiceful movement, keeping ourselves moving, and exploring the connections between pole tricks & flow.
Equipment needed: A pole - optional: loop resistance bands, blocks
Level: intermediate & beyond
Prerequisite: Comfortable sits, climbs, spins, variety of grips & inverts. Experience of flow moves such as pirouette, shoulder rolls etc will be useful.
The Wilde Signature
Eva loves a slow, gooey, slippery & slinky heels choreography class. Within this choreography we explore continuous movement opportunities by blending standing flow & floorwork together.
Eva’s choreography classes are all about having a fun time & creating a safe space where we can find some connection between ourselves and movement. The art of staying present and finding opportunities for mind and body connection.

Freestyle Seeker
Beautiful movement isn't always about the biggest and most impressive tricks. Moments of flow states are places where we can be in touch with the sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on movement.
Putting focus on the foundations and getting lost in the simplicity of movement.
This workshop will be A 2-hour experience of getting lost in our movement through the lens of simplicity. We will drill simple pole movements, looping them together and exploring variations within these. Bringing ourselves back to the basics of movement and getting comfortable in the uncomfortable. With a series of sequences and partner games, we will visit guided freestyles to build movement pathways.
This guided freestyle workshop is open to all humans who want to explore free movement in a safe space.
Equipment needed: A pole, socks, kneepads, slidey attire (wear whatever makes you most comfortable)
Level: This is for beginners and beyond.
Prerequisite: Experience with a variety of grip placement and pirouettes is useful.
Waves and Ripples
Creating movement within traditional tricks is Eva’s favorite way to play with static pole. Evolving old “tricks” into waving & rippling delicious opportunities that give a completely different movement texture.
In this workshop we’ll focus on some of Eva’s signature tricks to find wave & ripple opportunities.
We’ll focus on the techniques of holding our weight on the pole more efficiently, gliding into contact points of our tricks & introducing body isolations up the pole.
Delve into the world of making the simplest things appear mesmerizing.

Prerequisite: solid inverts and outside & inside leg hooks. Experience of brass monkeys.
Intro to Delicious Handstands
Welcome to the introduction of pole-assisted handstands. In this workshop, we will visit the basics of handstand inversions. We’ll work through specific conditioning exercises, entrance and exit variations along with finding wiggle opportunities within our shapes.
This workshop is all about building our time upside down, becoming comfortable in our handstands & starting to build trust in ourselves within these shapes. These handstand variations will be accompanied with movement exploration opportunities.
Equipment needed: A pole
Level: This is beginner-plus friendly. Experience with basic hand placement and leg grips is recommended.
Prerequisite: can push with your arms over your head. familiar with basic grips such as true grips, cup grips, invert grips, knee hooks, and thigh grips.
Delicious Handstand Flow
Taking our pole-assisted handstands to a new level by fusing shapes & transitions and building choiceful movement throughout. In this workshop, we’ll work on these low inversions, play with handstand shapes & create smooth flowing sequences.
We’ll visit two-handed handstands, cartwheel dismounts & one-handed handstands and build a bridge between flow and tricks. We’ll focus on building options for entrances & exits as well as exploring movement opportunities within our shapes.
Some entrances will require inversions to outside and inside leg hooks.
Equipment needed: A pole
Level: This is an intermediate plus class. Comfortable with a variety of grip placements, and confident inverts are recommended.
Prerequisite: Solid inverted crucifix, outside & inside leg hand on both sides. Comfortable with pushing with arms overhead.
Invincible Inversions
Are you stuck in your invert journey? Do inverts (from stand or aerial) feel chaotic?
As a certified Invert Ready Coach™ from the Marlo Fiskens program, I am delivering a unique opportunity to get into the nitty gritty detail of inverting into our “chopper” position and leg hangs.
This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the coordination tools, body positioning, and strength drills to help you build towards nailing your inverts safely and sustainably.
● Demystified your inversions and gained an understanding of what is involved in getting you upside down on the pole.
● Build awareness for top positions of your inversions.
● More awareness of your coordination and the habits that are within you.
● Give you options for entering and dismounting from your inverts with care.
You will not do a single knee tuck

Solid Shouldermounts
All things shouldermount! We will be breaking down what goes into this elusive mount. Much of this workshop will be around building awareness of our body, specific exercises that will help us activate the right muscles for what we need our bodies to do.
We will delve into the techniques to flow within a shoulder mount contact point as well as learning how to use leg power to get us up in a safe and coordinated manner.
I aim to provide you with the tools and techniques to help you understand what goes into a shoulder mount.

Springy Handsprings
So you have your Ayesha, whether that is a true grip or cup grip, but not sure how to turn this into a handspring? Join this workshop to learn the coordinated bouncy foundations for your handspring.
We’ll be going through various exercises that will provide you the tools to build strength and coordination in your pulls, pushes, and leg power to give you more options for entries. We will be learning how to develop juicy, springy feet and put the spring in handspring.
Due to the higher risk of injury for twisted grip movements, we will be primarily focusing on true grip and cup grips.
We will be working towards:
Building the coordination between our upper body and lower body to gain power in our movement.
Different handspring entry options
Develop a juicy bounce to put the spring in the handspring and how to absorb impact in your landings to minimize the risk of injury.

Level: Advanced
Prerequisite: Strong reliable invert on both sides, strong butterfly, strong inverted crucifix, top ayesha position
Fishflop Frolics
We will be breaking down the elements of smooth roll downs to avoid thudding our bones down to the floor. Finding the right muscle activations and movement rhythms to help us become smooth and controlled.
We will be breaking steps down to their smallest counter-parts to build the road map of where our body needs to go, what it needs to do and how to commit. This workshop is all about building the coordination and body awareness for the Fishflop.
We will use a variety of shoulder roll techniques & pole assisted Fishflops to get our body used to this movement with clarity & control

Level: upper beginner + and beyond.
Prerequisite: shoulder rolls, rollovers, plough position. Shoulderstand experience can be useful.
