Starts Tues 2nd of July
An intermediate + low flow class working on building movement around the lower 3rd of the pole and floor. Each class will have different elements, including some mounts on the pole, moving around the floor, and learning to transition between the pole & floor using slides, handstands, cartwheels, rolls and glides.
A focus on mindful movement and creating new pathways at the base of the pole. Heels optional.
Prerequisites - crucifix, bracket grip holds & pirouettes.
