Join my community coaching session. This is a totally pay-what-you-can session where you can come through with your, what I call, movement puzzles. Anything that you want to work on, or anything you’re stuck with, anything that you’d like coaching through & any guidance you’d that I can help with.
Come with questions, a curious mind, and concepts that you’d like to discuss and/or practice.
I am passionate coach that cares deeply about sustainable movement. With years of teaching & learning movement principles, specifically for pole, I enjoy giving my students guidance on how to find their own way within pole.

When it comes to pole tricks & inversions, I love getting into the nitty gritty of technique, breaking things down to their smallest forms. I love it when something clicks in people that hadn’t before.
When it comes to flow, I love to give people simple sequences with a variety of prompts & games to guide people to explore their style.

I will only be hosting a limited number of these in 2025, with limited spaces so we can go through the details together in good time. I encourage live attendance to these sessions because it will be the students that will lead the content of the class. You will have a recording for this to keep for a month after the class.
