Delicious Handstands
This short intensive course is weighted towards building the strength for pole-assisted handstands, entrances, and exits. Each lesson includes conditioning exercises and drills to help you build strength and foundations in your pole-assisted handstands with which you will be able to experiment with new pathways in your own practice.
We also go over leg waves and rotations to keep your audience mesmerized.

Session 1:
Our first day of our Delicious handstands course we covered some leg movement principles and the basics of our pole assisted handstands, their various entrances along with some funky hip and leg action action.

Session 2:
Session 2 was all about the chest press handstands and our leg movements. We built time in our handstands and covered way to enter our chest press handstands and ways of exiting.

Session 3:
Our last session we spent some time on our recaps and answering questions to the things that didn’t seem so clear as well as finding our one-handed handstands and some cartwheel entrances into handstands.
