We will be breaking down the elements of smooth roll downs to avoid thudding our bones down to the floor. Finding the right muscle activations and movement rhythms to help us become smooth and controlled. We will be breaking steps down to their smallest counter-parts to build the road map of where our body needs to go, what it needs to do and how to commit. This workshop is all about building the coordination and body awareness for the Fishflop. We will use a variety of shoulder roll techniques & pole assisted Fishflops to get our body used to this movement with clarity & control Level: upper beginner + and beyond.
Prerequisite: shoulder rolls, rollovers, plough position. Shoulderstand experience can be useful.
